Malignant Liberal Idiocy

Alright, I admit that I never expected to write a word of acknowledgment related to Vice President Joe Biden having made an accurate statement. I was shocked when I read a stunningly honest Biden quote this afternoon in an AP article on The Telegraph web site. The content of the article was alarming, at least to anyone that isn’t in favor of intimidation and thuggish tactics being employed to spread the cancer of unionization courtesy of the “card check” union pay-off legislation.

The headline “Maverick Specter’s toughest vote could be ahead,” might be the AP’s way of warning John McCain that if he doesn’t fall back in line, he could be replaced as the “maverick.” In other words, McCain better not pull what he did during the Obamulus battle (stand for what is right) and behave more like he did during Hillary Clinton’s confirmation process. What can be said of Joe Biden’s prominent donors? The following excerpt from a 2003 column in The Atlantic Online says quite a bit:

“Asbestos litigation has become a malignant enterprise which mostly consists of a massive client-recruitment effort that accounts for as much as 90 percent of all claims currently being generated, supported by baseless medical evidence which is not generated by good-faith medical practice, but rather is primarily a function of the compensation paid, and by claimant testimony scripted by lawyers to identify exposure to certain defendants’ products.”

So says law professor Lester Brickman, the leading scholarly critic of the 50,000 to 100,000 asbestos-related injury claims being filed each year by people who, 90 percent of the time, Brickman says, “have no discernable illness or impairment.” Rather, they and their lawyers “have cashed in on this national tragedy” by filing claims based on “specious medical evidence.”

Parasitic trial lawyers, some of whom infest the litigation Hell that has become my former home county (Madison County, IL), know where their bread is buttered… and Joe Biden holds the butter knife. Joe Biden, man of the people, is always putting the needs of “the people” first. It is just that “the people” are the lawyers that make millions in massive lawsuits.

STLtoday.com has an article regarding Biden’s relationship with one such den of parasites, SimmonsCooper. I’m sure Biden’s votes “against legislation that would have severely cut into the asbestos-law firms’ profits” are completely unrelated to the $4.9 million his various campaigns have received from parasitic (or if you prefer, predatory) law firms since 2003. Since 2001, SimmonsCooper employees have contributed $196,050 to Biden’s Senate and presidential campaigns.

The relationship between Biden’s family and SimmonsCooper runs deeper than campaign donations. In 2005, as the Madison County Record originally reported, SimmonsCooper partnered on some of its asbestos cases with a Delaware firm that Biden’s son Beau had just joined.

The Los Angeles Times reported recently that in 2006, Biden’s brother James and youngest son, Hunter, secured a pledge for a $2 million investment from SimmonsCooper for a hedge fund company the Bidens wanted to purchase.

It is a good thing that Joe Biden isn’t a Republican, because then this might be cause for concern. As it is, Joe is a Democrat and furthermore he is the number two on the ticket of the favorite candidate of homeless early voters in Ohio. For “The One” to have chosen Biden as an apostle of Obammunism, his past must be pure and his motives cannot be doubted. Also consider that these are just lawyers profiting from the misery, real or fabricated of “victims” of evil corporations. It isn’t like Joe Biden has associated with unrepentant terrorists or blocked legislation that would demand that a born baby be given medical care as opposed to leaving him or her unattended to die.

Hmmm… I wonder if there is any connection between predatory parasitic trial lawyers and the high cost of health care that St. Barack and Joey Plugs are going to fix with government control? Nah, that would be just silly.

If you are reading this, you are probably wondering, “who the Hell is Sam Pierce to give pointers to Sarah Palin?” You may just be wondering, “who the Hell is Sam Pierce?” I am a regular guy that would like Governor Palin to be herself and display conservatism, individuality, a separation from McCain, common sense, and several hits against her opponent tonight. The following is what I, as someone who was thrilled with her nomination as running mate to the RINO, would like to hear during tonight’s vice presidential debate.

• Governor Palin should begin with the normal thank yous and acknowledgments, then wish moderator Gwen Ifill “moderate” success on her upcoming book release. Perhaps she could ask for an autographed advance copy to show good faith and possibly level a wobbly table.
• She can wait for Biden to make a remark about her appearance (which I’d say is likely) and reply that we are witnessing Joe Biden “unplugged”… and speaking of plugs, she might ask where the hair came from.
• She could also ask that if by “clean and articulate” Senator Biden meant that Obama kept his hands clean by avoiding senate votes and articulated teleprompter read-outs like nobody’s business.
• When asked about the current financial crisis, Governor Palin will probably stick with McCain’s flawed (in my opinion) position on the bailout but I hope she at least points out that her inexperience is once again going to be illustrated, but she wasn’t even aware that Franklin Roosevelt had appeared on television in 1929 following the stock market crash, as Joe Biden asserted.
• I hope she thinks to mention that it is her understanding that Senator Biden is using a different speech writer than he used twenty years ago, and this one knows his words are being repeated. She should ask if Senators Biden and Obama are sharing Governor Deval Patrick’s old speeches now.
• When the experience issue is raised, I hope Governor Palin points out that like other Governors that have run for the nation’s top two offices, she has experience as a governor. I hope she also asks Senator Biden if he will view himself as a tutor to a President Obama and if he will be Obama’s primary source for the “on the job training” Senator Biden, himself indicated Barack Obama would need.
• She should explain that her foreign policy credentials hold up against those of the other governors that preceded her and wonder aloud if the critics all believe Presidents Clinton and Reagan would not have been qualified for the position of VICE PRESIDENT. I hope she also points out that Obama’s experience is as a grade-school student in Indonesia and as rock concert following speech reader this Summer in Europe.
• Governor Palin should take Ann Coulter’s advice and makes a point to “tie that idiotic pipeline vote around Biden’s neck” when the subject turns to energy. She could also inquire as to how the green team of Obama and Biden intend to allow the electric cars about which they pontificate to be powered. Are they all to be plugged in to sockets that lead back to solar energy plants? How will those solar energy plants be constructed without disturbing some natural habitat? She should ask how their enviro-marxist supporters will react if any sources of energy are implemented in an Obama administration.

I also hope that Governor Palin speaks her mind and points out that she does not agree with Senator McCain on every issue. I hope she can overcome Gwen Ifill’s book sales considerations to illustrate to the viewers that it is time that government be returned to the people! Of course loyal Obamorons would not be swayed, but regular people have an opportunity to be inspired and filled with hope… and that hope is not emanating from The Obama Camp.

As the cable news channels show gripping footage of Democrat vice presidential pick Joe Biden’s Delaware home, the Obammunists know they have found the perfect running mate. Michelle’s husband wants to be complimented as well as complemented by his future third in command. I think this pick was determined in February of 2007 when Joe Biden offered his evaluation of “The One.” From cnn.com:

“I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy,” Biden said. “I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

That is four compliments in one sentence, which is obviously a compliment to sentence ratio that “Big Brother” Barry appreciates.

The Obammunists must also appreciate Senator Joe “7-11″ Biden’s willingness to sacrifice and accept a position he doesn’t want, disciple to Michelle’s Messiah. On “Meet The Press” June 22, 2008 , Biden expressed his desire to NOT be asked to be the running mate:

SEN. BIDEN:  Unlike most other people, I’m being straight with you.  If asked, I will do it.  I’ve made it clear I do not want to be asked.

MR. WILLIAMS:  Do not want to be asked.  But if asked, the answer, of course, would be yes.

SEN. BIDEN:  Of course it would, because the–if the president–if the presidential nominee thought I could help him win, am I going to say to the first African-American candidate about to make history in the world that, “No, I will not help you out like you want me to”?  Of course, I’m–I’ll say yes.

The Obama campaign could not pass up someone that would so selflessly accept the position of third banana, even though he didn’t want to be asked. The Delaware senator further sealed the deal on “Meet The Press” that day by again injecting race into the race, which The libiots fully intend to make about race.

There could be some rough patches ahead for “Team Articulate And Bright And Clean” as evidenced by the musings of some libiot pro-baby killing advocates at  Democratic Underground, who see Biden’s view that life begins at conception as potentially troublesome. These champions of infanticide, who had the perfect candidate in Barack “Born Alive, Let Them Die” Obama, are worried about a potential tie-breaking vote in The Senate falling to someone that doesn’t like the idea of partially delivering a viable baby, puncturing the base of his or her skull, and vacuuming out his or her gray matter.

Is it possible that “Big Brother” Barry isn’t aware of Senator Biden’s view that a “bay-buh” might not be a punishment? Could it be that Barry doesn’t know that Biden actually has grandchildren that weren’t aborted?

At the very least, Michelle’s husband and Joe “7-11″ Biden can agree that our economy must be further damaged for the sake of The Prophet Gore’s anthropogenic global warming scam. This point is important because the more jobs the libiots can eliminate through tax and regulation means, the more victims there will be to depend on a benevolent government.  Obammunism needs these dependents in order to prosper and grow.

Team Articulate And Bright And Clean must not lose sight of the ultimate goal, which is base in the work of Marx and illustrated in the work of Orwell. “Big Brother” Barry will be watching.
