“Big Brother” Barry On Rationing And Michelle’s Big Mouth

On Saturday, May 17, 2008, tens of thousands of Oregon bark humpers and bath avoiders gathered to worship at the feet of “Big Brother” Barry Obama. The drooling libiots were enthralled by visions of “hope,” “change,” and a rare sampling of Obama’s intentions. Barry hinted of rationing and invasive monitoring of citizens in the name of leading in the battle against fictitious catastrophic anthropogenic global warming.

To quote Tammi at Sunflower Desert, “this would be funny if this guy didn’t stand a chance to be the next leader of the free world.”

Regarding leadership on the farce that is global warming:

“We can’t drive our SUVs and eat as much as we want and keep our homes on 72 degrees at all times … and then just expect that other countries are going to say OK,” Obama said.

“That’s not leadership. That’s not going to happen,” he added.

As Jeremiah Wright would say “Naw! Naw! Naw!” Barry Obama would not be the leader of the free world! His policies would create an Orwellian “1984″ setting that could never be confused for freedom. My only question is, will Ronald Reagan’s likeness be displayed for the daily two minutes hate?

Lets ignore the fact that it is really not of the “other countries” what kind of vehicles Americans drive, what Americans choose to eat, and what the setting on the average American’s thermostat is. Let us focus on the implication of the words spoken by the dope of hope. Will the type and quantities of vehicles the electorate can own be controlled in an Obamanation? How will Czar Obama monitor the temperature of my home? What punishment will befall my family if I allow the temperature, inside my house, mind you, to dip to 70 degrees some hot Summer day?

I wonder how many of the left coast libiots in attendance for the sermon on the platform, stopped to visualize the lines for rations of food. We are not going to be able to “eat as much as we want” after all. I would guess that a thoughtful libiot (contradiction in terms) would cringe at the thought of his or her child being hungry and waiting for his ration, then I remember that these people prefer abortion, so the image probably doesn’t move them.

“Big Brother” Barry issued a premature dictatorial decree this morning on Good Morning America:

“But I do want to say this to the GOP. If they think that they’re going to try to make Michelle an issue in this campaign, they should be careful. Because that I find unacceptable,” he said.

Obama praised his wife’s patriotism and said that for Republicans “to try to distort or to play snippets of her remarks in ways that are unflattering to her I think is just low class … and especially for people who purport to be promoters of family values, who claim that they are protectors of the values and ideals and the decency of the American people to start attacking my wife in a political campaign I think is detestable.”

Of course Barry can’t be bothered by common sense at a time like this, he has a country to seize. Common sense would dictate that Michelle Obama’s big mouth would not provide worthy sound bites if she were to shut it. “Naw! Naw! Naw!” we must protect Mrs. Obama’s reputation by refusing to repeat her own statements.

The terror of a prospective Obamanation is almost enough to make a reasonable conservative vote for John McCain.

    Truth is HE made his wife part of the campaign and thus she is an issue, no matter what he wants to say now. She stepped in crap and he wants to clean it off her shoe and make her all clean again. Won’t happen.

    It may be an invitation. This might afford him the opportubity to impress as the protective husband and as long as Michelle follows her natural inclination to spew the crap and then step in it, he will have plenty of opportunity.

    I posted the links because I thought that it would show all my thoughts on this matter. It is not an endorsement of Barack Obama. But I for one, am sick of elections being determined by what I call “stupid crap.” Are we talking about the issues, NO. Is the media attention to Wright going to help the economy, NO. And, more plainly, Who the hell cares? I want to know what the presidential candidates are going to do about taxes, about healthcare, about defense. NOT about what someone’s kindergarten papers have to say or some old Reverand has to say. Seriously.

    I will read your blog entries. For now, let me say that I care and I believe that the media attention to Wright can help the economy if it opens the eyes of the voters enough that they get a clearer picture of the man who would be president. I believe that if light is shed on the man , beyond his slogans, we can be saved from the potential horrors of an Obama-nation. The Wright and Ayers stories speak to Obama’s character and judgment. Perhaps you believe character and judgment are inconsequential in a president?

    You say you are concerned about taxes. If you support Obama, I guess that means you don’t think taxes are high enough because his Marxist ideals are not going to be achieved without tax increases. I would like to point ouot that there is nothing preventing you from paying extra in taxes, or do you prefer to financially oppress everyone?

    Do the healthcare solutions you seek involve waiting lists and bureaucrats deciding if you should receive treatment? I would guess the answer is yes if you buy into Barry’s “hope.”

    I would also suggest that exposing his leftist inclinations and the anti-American sentiments of his pastor of 23 years (the man he said calibrated his moral compass) and his associates speaks volumes as to how awful Barry would be on the other issue you speak of, defense.

    Sam, I can’t believe that so many people are falling for Obama’s program of Looney Tunes Cartoons. Talk about being in La La Land. As far as I can tell this “Dope of Hope” has no viable plan to lead this country forward in a manner consistent with American Tradition. This guy is scary. Has he ever even held a job in the Free Enterprise system? Obviously he knows nothing about Capitalism and the way things work in REALITY. Hasn’t all his money come from the gov’t or donations for his entire short working life? I can’t imagine having a person as President that will not put his hand on his heart when the National Anthem is played. This guy is not the same kind of American that You and I are. Hang on for the ride and vote for John McAmnesty I guess. I really can’t believe he’s got this far.

    Sad, isn’t it BA? As far as i know, Barry never had a private sector job, unless you would include lecturing on a subject he clearly does not understand, Constitutional Law, at Harvard or some such liberal institution. In addition to this weekend’s frightenening statements, the fact that he said in the ABC debate that he would like to raise capital gains taxes even if it meant lower revenue in the name of his warped (Marxist) idea of “fairness!”

    I will probably vote for McAmnesty, but I will nothold my tongue or my keyboard when he does the dumb, anti-conservative, anti-sovereignty things he is bound to do. God help us.
